FORMER ROOSTER TO MAKE AFL DEBUT

Former South Warrnambool player Marcus Herbert will make his AFL debut this weekend.

The star onballer will line up for the West Coast Eagles in their match against North Melbourne at Optus Stadium tomorrow.

Herbert became an AFL player when the Eagles selected him in the mid-season draft at pick 13.

Herbert has dominated for the Geelong Cats VFL side in recent seasons.

He also played for South Warrnambool in round three this season, having named the Roosters as his home feeder club at the start of the season.
