Warrnambool Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a theft in the city on Sunday April 19.
It is believed an offender attended a supermarket on Lava Street in Warrnambool about 10:10am and stole an electric scooter that was parked inside the store near the registers.
Investigators have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with enquiries.
