No joy for the Warrnambool Surf Life Saving Club in the 2026-27 Victorian state budget.
The club is looking to carry out a redevelopment of its clubrooms.
This redevelopment is estimated at $16 million, with the club launching a public appeal in March last year.
It also continues to lobby all levels of government, but that call has fallen on deaf ears for this state budget.
Funding has been handed out to surf coast clubs Point Lonsdale and Bancoora.
