Emergency Services are enroute to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of the Princes Highway and the Great Ocean Road at Allansford.
A car has rolled and there are reports that up to seven people are involved, with most self extricated from the vehicles
Two people in their eighties and five people in their twenties are being assessed by paramedics.
Motorists are advised to be vigilant when heading east on the highway.
