Police have charged two people in relation to an alleged kidnapping incident in Dandenong on Wednesday, 20 May.
A two-year-old boy was located with the man and woman, who are known to him, in Port Fairy about 9pm on 20 May.
He was not physically injured.
The 38-year-old NSW man was charged with kidnapping, reckless conduct, possess drug of dependence and driving offences.
He was remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 13 August.
The 28-year-old Dandenong woman was charged with kidnapping and reckless conduct.
She was remanded to appear at Warrnambool Magistrates’ Court today (22 May)
