Metcash has agreed to acquire the Daly’s IGA Group, including three supermarkets in Koroit, Portland, and Heywood.
Metcash is a major Australian wholesale distribution company that supplies independent retailers.
The stores will continue trading under the Daly’s IGA brand, with existing staff and management remaining in place.
