The Dennington Football Netball Club will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, April 22, to discuss its immediate future.
The meeting will be held at the Dogs’ clubrooms from 7pm.
Dennington has had a tough start to the 2026 season, with its senior football team losing to Old Collegians in round one by 189 points, and then to Allansford in round two by 316 points.
The club also forfeited its reserves game against Allansford due to a lack of players.
On the netball court, things have also been tough, with the Dogs’ A Grade team struggling.
They lost by 91 goals in round one and then 114 in round two, scoring just one goal.
The story is not as dire in the lower grades of football and netball, with the Dogs the under 15s football reigning premiers.
