Emergency services this morning attended an incident at the Warrnambool breakwater.
A spokesperson for Victoria police has told Fitzmedia a person fell off their bike and became stuck.
Six emergency services vehicles attended the scene.
One person, a male in his 20s, has been transported by road to Warrnambool Hospital.
