    MAN CHARGED AFTER SHOOTING

    Warrnambool City Council has announced its 2026 Warrnambool Citizen of the Year Award winners. The Citizen of the Year is Dr Barry Morphett, who has played a leading role in medical training at Deakin University, Warrnambool Campus and South West Healthcare.
