The Heywood SES Unit is on the hunt for some members with a special skill.
The unit is calling out for chainsaw operators.
At the moment, the unit has only two on its books, placing a big load on these members.
Given Heywood’s forested location, many SES jobs involve fallen trees.
The unit is keen to hear from new members and will also be ramping up chainsaw training for existing members.
