Panic buying has caused APCO on Raglan Parade in Warrnambool to run out of unleaded petrol and diesel since this morning.
The pumps are currently being filled and will be back in action soon.
Motorists are encouraged to not stockpile petrol and diesel to avoid situations like this becoming a common occurrence.
