A survey put together by the Victorian Department of Health is available for south west residents to complete.
The department is hoping the survey will be filled in by people with lived experience of fertility services to help shape the future of fertility care in Australia.
This includes those who have experience with Assisted Reproductive Technology and In Vitro Fertilisation.
It is also open for those who have used medicine to help release eggs, artificial insemination, freezing eggs, sperm or embryos for later use.
The survey can be accessed at the state department of health website and is open until March 31.
