Liam is missing.
The 27-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Ryrie Street in Geelong about 8.50am on 15 February.
Liam described as being Caucasian in appearance and is approximately 190cm tall with long brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Portland and Warrnambool areas.
