Police are seeking information regarding the origin of the Lismore-Camperdown Rd fire on Tuesday.
The fire is believed to have started between 12 noon and 1.30 pm on January 27.
Detective Senior Sergeant Chris Asenjo told Fitzmedia it is likely the fire was started from machinery.
He said the police would like to hear from anyone who was travelling on the road at the time, or who may have dash-cam footage.
