Powercor crews responded to a fault near the Warrnambool Racecourse at 12.10pm on Wednesday.
2061 customers were initially off supply, but power is being progressively restored once we confirm it is safe to do so.
At 12.40pm, 251 customers remain off supply. The estimated time of restoration is 3.30pm.
