Warrnambool police are asking for information from anyone who may have seen James (pictured).
The 33-year-old was last seen on Myers Street in Geelong about 2.30pm on Wednesday.
James is described as being of Caucasian appearance with brown hair, brown eyes and an overgrown beard.
It is believed James may be traveling by public transport and is in the Warrnambool area.
Police and family have concerns for James’ welfare due to a medical condition.
