Getting a park at the Warrnambool Train Station and the southern end of the CBD will be a little more difficult over the next six weeks.
Warrnambool Rail Stabling Yard works have flowed into the lower carpark on Merri Street.
The works have begun today, with the carpark now not accessible to the public.
There are more than 100 spaces in the carpark.
It is expected the carpark will be closed until May 20.
Traffic management is in place.
Free rail travel is in place during April, ensuring the train is a popular option this month.
