Ambulance Victoria has released this stunning vision of its Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) team in action.
This photo if from earlier this month and shows a rescue taking place at a beach at Nirranda South.
On this mission, three people were pulled safely from the water and were uninjured.
The mission was completed with assistance from Warrnambool Coast Guard and Victoria Police.
Ambulance Victoria are using this vision as a reminder for people going out on the sea to be prepared and have all safety measures in place.
