What’s in a name?
Plenty according to Member for South West Coast Roma Britnell.
In parliament this week, Ms Britnell used her time at the podium to question the government’s care for farmers, citing a name change as evidence of this.
The Department of Agriculture is now known as the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action.
Agriculture Victoria operates as a division of this department.
