Police are seeking public assistance to locate 35-year-old Michael Proctor.
Proctor is wanted on warrant for multiple offences including theft, and theft from motor vehicle.
He is known to frequent the Warrnambool area.
Police are urging anyone who has information on Proctor’s whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
