Member for Wannon Dan Tehan MP has missed out on his bid to be Deputy Leader of the federal Liberal Party of Australia.
Mr Tehan was one of four candidates for the role, along with Jane Hume, Ted O’Brien and Melissa Price.
Ms Price was the first knocked out in the voting process, with Mr Tehan next to go.
Mr O’Brien was the next to go, leaving Ms Hume as the new deputy leader.
Angus Taylor won the vote to become the Liberal Party leader, displacing Sussan Ley in a party spill.
