
A house in West Warrnambool has been destroyed by fire on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the Angela Court home just before 1pm.
It’s understood the fire broke out in the roof of the house, and quickly grew in size.
According to passers by, there were flames visible from the side of the road when fire services arrived.

Smoke was seen across Warrnambool, leading the release of an advice message from Emergency Management Victoria.
According to an FRV spokesperson fire crews arrived on the scene at around 12:46pm.
“At 12.46pm, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to an incident on Angela Court, Warrnambool after callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a house fire with smoke and flame visible.“
“Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find the home involved with fire.“
Investigations into the fire continue.
